Hado by Beyond

Beyond presents a new off-plan residential address on Dubai Islands, within Siora, described as the district’s first signature launch. The project draws on the Japanese idea of Ikigai, placing emphasis on balance, purpose and a considered daily routine in a waterfront setting.

Ownership, pricing and payment structure

Hado by Beyond is a freehold project by Beyond, with prices starting from 2.3M . A 4% government fee applies. The payment plan is structured as 10/40/50: 10% at sales launch, 40% during construction in scheduled instalments, and the remaining 50% on handover. Completion is scheduled for June 2029.
