Nakheel (formal name: Nakheel PJSC) is a real estate development company based in Dubai, UAE. It was founded in 2003 and played a key role in solving Dubai's debt crisis in 2009–2010.

Nakheel Properties is a Dubai-based property developer that was founded in 2000. It is responsible for developing some of Dubai’s most impressive landmarks, such as the Palm Jumeirah, The World Islands, and Palm Jebel Ali.
