Arancia Yards is an off-plan residential project by Beyond in City of Arabia, Dubailand. Set within a single building, the freehold development brings Beyond’s design-led approach to this established master community, with residences shaped around considered layouts, natural light and premium finishes.

The project takes its name from the orange, informing a warm and energetic design character expressed through its façade treatment, shared areas and interior atmosphere. Arancia Yards is intended to offer a distinctive residential setting within the wider City of Arabia landscape.

Located in City of Arabia along the Mohammed Bin Zayed Road corridor, Arancia Yards forms part of a self-contained community that combines homes, retail and green spaces. The area is designed for longer-term community living, with access to key destinations across Dubai.

Arancia Yards offers apartments, with 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartment options coming soon. The project material also identifies townhouses within the residential collection, including 3-bedroom townhouses. Unit sizes, detailed specifications and pricing for individual configurations are yet to be announced.

Prices start from 1.1M . The development is scheduled for delivery in October 2028 and is offered with a 10/30/60 payment plan. A 4% government fee applies.
